Distribution Requirement Planner
We are currently looking for Distribution Requirement Planner position for agri-chem industry, this position is accountable for evaluating, planning and executing the stock keeping unit inventory levels, locations and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory. This includes scheduling and managing delivery, storage, warehouse, movement of materials and coordinating in Import/Export tasks. He/she is responsible to assure supply processes have access to the proper inputs to satisfy demand while meeting cost and inventory objectives.
POSITION: Distribution Requirement Planner (50% planner, 50% import & Export)
LOCATION: Pathumwan, Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 50K-80K (up to experience)
BENEFIT: Group insurance, fix & variable bonus and etc.
NATIONALITY: Thai Nationality only
Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the Stock Keeping Unit replenishment plans to control the physical distribution of the right finished product to meet the stated customer service levels while maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Leads and manages activities of planning for Toll-toll back with 3rd party toll contractors
- Analyze demand during lead time, identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and customers.
- Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory.
- Coordinate with 3PL on Import / Export tasks and ensure on compliance with related regulation
- Oversee inventory cycle counts and adjust inventory records and issues variance notices to correct inaccurate inventory records
- Leads improvement activities in all aspects of the supply chain to simplify where possible.
- Develop inventory projection process from SCM7 Aggregate planning
- Responsible for SCM7 Health check metrics Performance including DRP validation
- Closely liaise with local business team to align on new product launch strategies & timelines
- Lead slow-moving raw material disposition process
Qualification:
- Minimum 7 years of supply chain planning experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering is required
- Possess good Communication, Networking, Teamwork, People & Organizational skills
- SAP / APO / BW / SCM7 experience
- APICS certification or advanced supply chain certification would be advantage
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be advantage
Competency needed:
- Good prioritize and management skill
- Independent: can be stand alone
- Analytical thinking: good as a planner
