We are looking for Key Account Manager (IT Solution Business) Position; this role wills to manage team and build relationship for retail solution business in target retail segments. For more information please see the below detail:

Position:     Key Account Manager (IT Solution Business)

Location:     Asoke, Bangkok

Job Type:     IT solutions

Type industry:     Permanent

Working day:     Mon – Fri (8:00-17:00 hrs.)

Salary Range:     85-100k or up to experience

Benefit:     Bonus, Telephone, Dental, Medical allowance, Life/Accident Insurance and etc.

Report To:     Executive Manager  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create business strategies for retail solutions business in Thailand market in aligned with market in aligned with that of Japan and Thailand.
  • Manage department resources and work with international team members (Japan, Thailand, etc.) to execute the business plan.
  • Manage sales, profit and costs of the department to achieve financial targets.
  • Strengthen relationship with key management personnel of existing accounts namely CP ALL (7 -11 Thailand).
  • Build relationship with potential customers in target retail segments(convenience store, hyper/supermarket, department store, specialty store)
  • Provide support to other company entities in APAC region for their retail solutions business development.
  • Scope of responsible solutions includes store/ central system software & hardware, retail ICT consulting, maintenance support and services.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female , Age 36-42 years
  • 5 years of experience in retail solutions or ICT division of a company.
  • Experience in management of team more than 5 people minimum of 2 years.
  • Proven ability to build business strategies and to manage and assure execution of activities adhering to the strategy.
  • Fully Bilingual (Thai and US English) Japanese is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship - building, communication (written/verbal), presentation skills and required, strategic negotiation skills are plus.
  • Experience of managing international business and working in multi-cultural organization is a plus.
  • Experience of acquiring new customers and developing new business.
  • Bachelor of business administration, engineering or science
  • MBA is a plus.
