POSITION: VP Marketing
LOCATION: Rajdamri, Bangkok

Salary Range: 200,000 THB (Up to experience)
Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for Marketing communication department
- Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
- Setting current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Designing and reviewing the Marketing department’s budget
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve
- Serve as marketing and communications subject matter expert, both internally and to our association
- Launch CRM program and communication internal and external
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department including budgeting, planning and staff development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years in Marketing field
- Minimum 5 years for management skill
- Minimum 5 years in property development or department store industry experience is an advantage
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Good communication skill, fluent both Thai and English are a must
- Can be communicate in Chinese language is highly preferred
