Legal Specialist

We are currently looking for Legal Specialist for our client who is leading electronics company and one of the world's largest manufacturers of computer printers, and information and imaging related equipment.

POSITION:                    Legal Specialist
LOCATION:                  Sathorn, Bangkok
JOB TYPE:                    Permanent
SALARY RANGE:          40,000 – 60,000 THB/Month (up to experience)
BENEFIT:                     Group insurance, Bonus and etc.

Job Description:

• Draft and review contracts, agreements and terms & conditions both commercial and non-commercial for the company.
• Prepare and review annual commercial contracts & agreements as company’s pattern.
• Review intellectual property, trademark, and corporate law.
• Coordinate with government departments for property, trademark, and related works as assignment.
• Coordinate with Regional Office in Singapore for legal issues.
• Supports in any important meetings, legal documents, meeting appointment and any related assignments 
• Other Legal and compliance tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Law.
• At least 3 years of working experience in legal function in corporate field.
• Experienced in drafting contract or agreement both Thai and English would be an advantage.
• TOEIC Score above 680 would be preferable.
• Excellent command of English communication.
• Excellent in time management working
• Strong Interpersonal, detail-oriented, Good personality.
• Good command of MS Office
