POSITION: Leasing Manager (Trading Industry)
LOCATION: Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: up to experience

Responsibilities:
Leasing sales business management
- Approving daily leasing sales orders
- Develop leasing sales program (i.e. Leasing rate + structure)
- Legal documentation
- Approving lease refinance/top-up in compliance under standard policies
- Approving lease rewrite/restructuring in compliance under standard policies
- Support Sales Operation in review leasing contact
- Provide consultancy to Sales operation to identify the nature of T&C within contact based on proposal
- To support the amendment of T&C as requested by customer (on top to legal review)
- To validate the revenue allocation among LOB based on the contract signed
- Lease documentation review for approval
- Confirm lease commencement
- Support Sales and Marketing for leasing sales plan calculation and structuring
Portfolio Quality Management
- Aging/Delinquency/Charge off
- Customer credit risk
- Rate of portfolio run-down
Lease Accounting & Reporting
- Revenue recognition/allocation in compliance under standard policies
- Lease classification in line with corporate accounting policies
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years working experience
- Good understanding in Trading business
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
- Proficiency in English
