To provide overall sales and marketing activity support to sales operation to achieve revenue target. Report to Strategic Planning Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales incentive pay plan
• Develop and Optimize plan budget
• Develop and implement sales contest and promotion activity
• To ensure effectively sales motivation
• Oversee marketing communication activity
• To ensure strategy alignment with business direction
• Supervise 2 Managers and total 6 staffs

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Business Administration
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in sales or marketing with 3 years’ experience managerial level in sales organization
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
