Senior Business Analyst

Salary Range:        50,000 THB – 55,000 THB  

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance adhering to documented procedure and log all steps
• Study and understand group business processes carried out through the applications
• Recommend process improvements to enhance performance of applications
• Provide training and documentation to promote efficient use of applications
• Contribute information and recommendations for application improvement during reviews
• Study and understand the operation of all application modules
• Create ad-hoc and advanced reports and reporting tools
• Assist the Business Systems team with IT Operations integration with their systems
• Provide training and documentation to promote efficient use of application
• Monitor operational systems
• Assist in maintain clean and valid data
• Work with application suppliers to track and solve technical issues and queries

Requirement:

• Around 5 years of experience implementing ERP accounting/finance modules
• Demonstrate a track record in application maintenance and support
• Understanding of the business processes in the automotive/engineering industry, ideally from an OEM
• Knowledge of after sales, assembly, and warehouse operations
• Good command of spoken and written English
