Our Client is an import luxury healthcare and beauty company. They have many product about cosmetic especially skincare such as perfume. We are currently seeking to employ an experiencedin marketing and strategies for support their brand. You will be able to demonstrate experience in consumer, healthcare and beauty. Their business is looking for qualified and high energy person to join and grow together with their company.

Responsibilities:

Product Trainer is responsible for an establishment, preparation and performing of product training and relevant technique for Beauty Advisor (BA). His/her main duties are as follows;

Job Task:

• Plan Training Calendar according to Marketing Plan
• Train all new hires on products and selling method; train all teams on new product launches with proper training materials and nice set up to inspire team on the training day.
• Responsible for all aspects of make-up training both classroom training and in-store coaching and monitor their skills and techniques to match Regional standard
• Monitor and strengthen BA (Beauty Advisor) / subordinate productivity focus on selling skills and product knowledge skill 
• Constantly evaluate training progress, results and future needs via training checklist
• Responsible for all Training reports and evaluation reports as required by Regional team
• Co-ordinate with International/Regional Training team on a regular basis
• In charge of BA / subordinate uniform and grooming
• Assist in BA / subordinate yearly personal evaluation to assess their performance

Requirement:

• Thai nationality, Age over 30 years old
• At least 3 years’ experience in trainer position or education
• At least 5 years’ experience in make-up artist/skin care field
• Must have strong indirect or direct management experiences demonstrated by positive sales or services performance
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Proficient in English
• Computer literacy : MS Office
