POSITION: SHOP OPERATION MANAGER (for main telecom operator)
LOCATION: Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 1xx,xxx THB/ month

Main responsibility:
- To be able to manage more than 60 shops for one of the main telecom operator in Thailand
- Be able to manage big operation team with 2 regional manager and 7-8 area managers, you will manage a team of managers, training managers, and other direct reports.
- Ensuring that all workings in the shop is correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
- Responsible for improving performance, efficiency and profitability of the shop through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff in the shop
- Be able to examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
- Be responsible for P&L and budgets for all 60 shops in Thailand
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any related field; Good Understanding in P&L will be advantage
- Good in Communication English – verbal and written (mandatory); Proficient with Computer Literacy; Demonstrated Negotiation skills
- Proven work experience as operations manager for Telecom Industry
- 5 years leading Operation for shop and manage overall team for Telecom or IT Industry
- Age between 35-45 years old
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
- Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Leadership and organizational skills
