Director of Online Marketing

POSITION: Director of Online Marketing

LOCATION: Bangkok

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY RANGE: Maximun 2xxK

Main responsibility:

  • Create strategy in compliance with each brand identity guide to formulate high value content and direct copy and design deliverables across a variety of platforms including: print, email, web, social media, video, etc.
  • Managing and developing the team of online marketers and analysts – specific positions that are managed include; social media engagement and acquisition, display advertising, retargeting, mobile advertising and Online customer acquisition
  • Manage Marketing and P&L together with each head brand manager
  • Establish and monitor metrics for marketing and communications engagement, comparative analysis, data driven decisions to support each brand to increase revenue
  • Responsible for monthly marketing and budget review/reconciliation, quarterly reporting, and fiscal year budget planning for Online marketing activity to be the most efficiency
  • Marketing data aggregation, analytics and reporting to support management decision making
  • Build our digital marketing roadmap, taking care overall marketing activity including CRM and customer loyalty program to increase more credibility
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Liaise with Sales Department to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

Qualification:

  • More than 10 year experience in Online Marketing
  • Experience in Marketing for Telecom Industry is a must
  • Must have experience managing large scale marketing budget in relation to KPIs 
  • Must understand all tracking, data collection and reporting tools associated with online marketing, etc. 
  • Must have managed a team of both online marketers and analysts 
  • Must know each online marketing channel at the most granular level – must have experience in actually running each channel  
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • Good in Communication English – verbal and written (mandatory); Proficient with Computer Literacy; Demonstrated Negotiation skills
  • Age between 35-45 years old
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Leadership and organizational skills
