EC Officer (3-month contract)

POSITION:                  EC Officer (3-month contract)
LOCATION:                 Sathorn, Bangkok
Job Type:                    Contract
Salary range:               Depends on experience
Responsibilities:

• Manage store performance to achieve KPI
• Manage Order from customer
• Prepare sufficient stock to be ready to sell in store
• Stock planning
• Manage and monitor goods delivery until reach customer
• Chat and responding with customer
• Manage inbound to platform warehouse
• Prepare and upload SKU in platforms
• Store report weekly and monthly
• Join campaigns by assignment
• Update market situation and competitor movement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 1 year experience in eCommerce business
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Flexible hour of working
