POSITION:                 IT Specialist
LOCATION:                 Ratchadapisek Rd., 
Job Type:                    Permanent
Salary range:               70,000 THB (Depends on experience)
Benefit:                        Fixed bonus, Variable bonus, Provident fund, Medical insurance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
• Log bugs and enhancement requests
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
• Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
• Provide introductory on-line & classroom training for company products
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Technology, or relevant experience
• At least 3 years systems administration experience with a minimum of 5 years total technical support experience.
• Gsuite experience (Gmail, Gtalk, Google Meet, etc)
• Must have the ability to communicate technical knowledge and to users
• Fluent in English is preferred
