Position:         Senior HR Consultant - PC Pool
Location:        Paso Tower - BTS Silom, Chongnonsri
Job type:        Permanent
Salary:            (Up to experience)
Workdays:      Mon – Fri,  9am – 6pm
Benefit:          Commission/ Incentive, Group insurance, Social Security Fund

Responsibilities:

• Formulate PC quantity management to be enough, able to contribute sales and according to the business plan
• Plan and organize the PC Manpower align with client requirement
• Organize PC training program and material with client
• Marketing research, Business Development and bring in potential client
• Responsible for attracting candidate and matching them to temporary or permanent positions jobs with client companies
• Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
• Responsible for entry to management level roles
• Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
• Screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally match candidates to their clients
• Provide and advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Managing PC Pool or use to work as PC Supervisor (manage 100 PC above) would be advancetage.
• Detail oreinted with high professional standard 
• Achievement orientated
• Be able to work under pressure and deal with unexpected situations
• Good command of English both written and spoken
