POSITION: Marketing Director
LOCATION: BTS Chong Nonsi
Job Type: Permanent
Salary range: 70,000-150,000 (Up to experience)

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the marketing department
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Communicating the marketing plan
- Researching the demand for our products and services
- Competitor research
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Manage a team of marketing executives, being able to recruit develop, retain their team while helping them to meet their relevant KPIs
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Support and Develop AI marketing system
Qualifications
- MA degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in marketing and running a marketing team
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of market research
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
- Experience or familiar with AI work
