District Sales Manager

POSITION:                  District Sales Manager (Agricultural product)
LOCATION:                Central area
REPORT TO:                Sales Manager
JOB TYPE:                   Permanent
SALARY RANGE:         40k – 50k (up to experience)
BENEFIT:                     Fixed Bonus, Performance Bonus, Provident Fund, Group Insurance

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.
• Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business (develop & Managing Dealer & Chanel)
• Work closely with the country management team including R&D and Marketing to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
• Lead, coach and monitor sales team including SSR / Commission Agent in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
• Ensure all sales activities complied with related internal and external policy, regulations and core value

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture or related major
• Proficient English skills
• Must be willing to be located in designated area
• At least 5 years of experience in agriculture business (sales & marketing)
