Management Trainee - (Phetchaburi Province)

POSITION:     Management Trainee 

LOCATION:     Phetchaburi Province

Job Type:     Permanent

Salary range:     35,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities:

• Being a part of a developmental training program to develop individuals into frontline supervisor, manager or management level 
• Works with the factory manager for analyzing routes to uncover improvement opportunities and review and implement corrective actions
• Develops a working knowledge operational and general business applications
• Building a comprehensive understanding of how these functions contribute to the day to day and long term success of the business and the employees
• Develops a strong understanding and dedication to the Operations Management
• Periodically attends and contributes to key meetings to promote a favorable working relationship among all employees
• Attend all mandatory training sessions; proficiency evaluations will occur following all sessions
• Demonstrate high potential to be developed in management level

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering with GPA 3.0 or above
• Leadership and management skill
• Efficiency in English communication
