Position: SAP B1 Consultant

Salary Range: 45,000 THB (up to experience)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and provide solutions using ERP systems
- Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis
- Implement ERP systems software according to the firm’s standard methodology
- Perform system configuration, installation, data migration and testing
- Customize and configure ERP to integrate with multiple systems
- Provide user training and support
- Lead project as Project Manager or assist the Project Manager with project status control
- Coordinate with Technical Manager/Solutions Architect on solution design, programming and validation
- Pre-sales support and demonstration of ERP systems (SAP B1)
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is knowledgeable in business processes as well as software design/programming; database structure
- Is willing to learn new solution packages and has the ability to become certified in ERP systems (SAP B1, IFS)
- Has a good understanding of business application concepts and terminologies
- Has ability to take ownership, accountability and initiative
- Has excellent problem solving skills
- Is positive, a team player, quick learner
Requirement
- BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Related
- Any ERP package implementation experience (especially SAP B1 and IFS)
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, active listening and customer service
- Effective time management skills
- Highly self-motivated, performance-oriented and resourceful individual
- Excellent communication , presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong confidence, independent, systematic problem analysis skills, and creative problem solving skills
- Able to grasp complex technical service/business requirements and to deliver proposals under timeline constraint and pressure
- Proven at both technical sales and business case justification approach
- Preferably the candidate have prior pre-sales /Business consultancy solution experience
