Assistant accounting manager

Our customer’s company was founded more than 20 years. This company manufactures and sells highly functional plastic resins. Company’s products, ABS, PS and artificial marble etc. are the main products of its firm. Thailand is the main hub of South-East Asia for trading goods to Asia’s market. Nowadays, company’s trend focuses on the chemical business for product design. To cope with business expansion, we are now inviting talented and energetic individuals to join our professional team.

Position:     Assistant accounting manager

Status:     Immediately start working

Location:     Empire tower, Sathorn Rd.

Industry type:     Manufacturing & Trading

Report to:      Accounting Manager (Thai) and Team Manager (Korean)

Job Type:     Permanent

Salary Range:     Maximum 40,000 THB (Up to experience)

Benefit:     Social Security, Dental Insurance, Group Insurance, Medical Insurance, Fixed Bonus + Incentive, Provident Fund, Five-day work week

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payment process (Overseas)
  • Fix asset
  • Prepare and submit Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax, and others including reconcile with the General Ledger.
  • To control for timely collection of receivables form customer
  • Supporting inventory cycle count
  • Support G/L month end closing and prepare required reports
  • Coordinate with External and Internal Auditor at audit period
  • Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, Thai nationality, Age 30 - 32 years old.
  • B.A. Degree or higher in Accountancy.
  • At least 5 years experiences in the accounting and Finance with a foreign company
  • Ability to knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Familiarity with ERP system (SAP) is preferable.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software.
  • Positive attitude, good responsibility and able to work under pressure.
