Business Administrative Coordinator (1 year contract) 

POSITION:  Business Administrative Coordinator 
LOCATION:
 Pathumwan, Bangkok
JOB TYPE:
  Contract (1 year)
SALARY RANGE:   
up to experience
BENEFIT:    Group insurance, Bonus and etc.

This position is a challenging administrative role in the organization. The candidate, preferably an experienced administrative professional, is expected to be self-motived and pro-active who is able to carry out the job independently. This role supports the team. He/She is expected to liaise with the rest of the team member across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • To provide overall administrative support to the team in Thailand
  • To coordinate travel and meeting arrangements
  • To participate in the logistic planning for business meetings
  • Support projects / initiatives

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a fast-paced and diverse environment
  • Must have excellent in English skill both written and speaking.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and outgoing individual with good planning, organizing and coordination skills
  • Good interpersonal skills (enjoys interacting with people)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Has experience of providing support to sales / marketing team
