Compliance Manager

We are looking for Compliance Manager who will be managing contracts, SET and SEC disclosure. This significant person will evaluate any compliance issues within the company and monitor any changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.

POSITION:     Compliance Manager 
LOCATION:     BTS (Ploenchit) 
JOB TYPE:     Permanent 
SALARY RANGE:     Up to experience
BENEFIT:     Bonus + PVD + Insurance + 5-day work week and etc.
REPORT TO:     Corporate Secretary   

Key responsibilities

• Manage SET and SET disclosure i.e. annual report, form 56-1, or notification to SET and SEC etc.
• Evaluate any compliance issues/concerns within the company
• Monitor any changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action
• Oversee the company’s related policies, make sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval
• Maintain an up to date knowledge and understanding of corporate governance requirements
• Conduct internal training to ensure the understanding of related person and their compliance with rules and regulations

Qualification

• Graduated bachelor degree or higher in any field
• Must be Familiar with the Public Limited Company Act, SET Act, and SEC & SET regulations and guidelines
• Good team work and co-operation, communication and presentation
• Able to work under pressure
• Experience in ESG reporting is favored
• Excellent in English and Thai (Writing, Speaking, Listening and Reading)
