Deputy Department Manager
(Dealer Management System)

Responsibilities:

• To manage the documentaries and administration.
• To prepare payment for all vendors and cost controllable.
• To produce correspondences, minutes of meetings with vendors and team.
• To organize the DMS plan for team and the action plan for dealer’s implementing system.
• To gather and follow the monthly reports/ overview reports and progressive reports.

Qualification:

• Male or Female with age 30 years old up.
• Master or bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Computer proficient in data analysis and strong in data analysis
• At least 3 years in automotive experience
• Good English skill both written and spoken
• Positive attitude at work and good team player is a must
• Able to work under pressure and handle complaint properly
