POSITION: Senior Construction Project Management (18 months contract)

LOCATION: Prawet, Bangkok
Job Type: Contract
Salary range: 150,000 – 200,000 THB

Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing capacity expansion program
- Construction of new buildings and renovation of existing buildings
- Project management and planning related to manufacturing capacity expansion program, construction projects and workspace allocation
- Focal point for construction management across the factory
- Liaison for engineering services and maintenance teams for cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Alignment and close collaboration with key stakeholders regarding IT strategy (i.e. AX integration & production retirement, data capturing and etc.)
- Management of CAPEX related to manufacturing capacity expansion program and construction projects
- Management of sub-contractors for outsourced construction project
- Cost management and improvement activities
- All licenses, permits and standards related to manufacturing capacity expansion program and construction projects
- Regular reporting to key stakeholders of the company
- Leadership of a small team
- Occasionally travelling to upcountry plant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- More than 10 years’ experience in construction management
- Experienced in factory construction and expansion would be an advantage
- Strong in English communication (Business level)
