VP – Global Digital Marketing

Our client is looking for VP – Global Digital Marketing position, Our client is one of the world leading company in plastic conversion business with a 35 years successful track record and be first reclosable bag and flexible straw producer in Thailand. Our client company is a listed company for more than 20 years with the aim to building sustainable value and long term partnership for customers and all stakeholders.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager is an important member of the Marketing team who will strategize and execute initiatives across various marketing platforms. The person in this position is responsible for developing and implementing company’s short- and long-term digital strategies. Our digital leader will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of digital awareness-driving tactics, as well as spearheading long-term digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience driving customer engagement and revenue growth through high-impact programs, compelling copywriting, creative design direction, website functionality, and social media. Driving digital growth and brand awareness to increase leads and revenue is the main function of this position

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement various tactics and utilize digital platforms to drive growth and awareness for company
  • Work with board of director, management team and production team to determine market needs, then execute tactics to achieve goals. Make regular strategy modifications based on performance analysis and subsequent recommendations.
  • Campaign Support Collaborate in implementing effective digital campaigns across all digital mediums (focused on the website, email, and social media).
  • Integrate social media, web/e-commerce, and other branded marketing collateral to align with online promotions and campaigns (paid and unpaid).
  • Work closely with Production team on various initiatives with product launches to support business goals. Liaise with Product Managements and marketing team to produce thoughtful, integrated promotions across digital platforms.
  • Support shop/e-commerce projects when needed and collaborate on customer-facing, product-related content.
  • Lead SEO planning and continuous improvements. Optimize web/e-commerceand social media channels for SEO and PPC.
  • Drive traffic to the website to achieve monthly MQL/Opportunity goals and growth targets.
  • Responsible for editing, updating, maintaining, and improving the web and e-commerce sites. Manage vendors and internal relationships for website success. Work closely with IT, Marketing Automation, and others throughout the organization to continually optimize the web.
  • Generate weekly ad monthly reports on critical web and social metrics to measure performance. Track digital ROI based on per-determined metrics and goals
  • Manage consistent branding on internal and external materials. Create, coordinate, and distribute branded documents/tools to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 10+ years of related experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Experience in web/e-commerce creation, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Hootsuite) are a must.
  • An understanding of Google tools (Analytics, Google AdWords, Search Console) is needed. Familiarity and experience with SEO/PPC best practices is needed.
  • Proven success managing global projects and demonstrating ROI.
  • Desire for continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desired.
