Business manager - Power Generation 

POSITION:                    Business Manager - Power Generation

LOCATION:                   Lumpini, Bangkok

JOB TYPE:                    Permanent

SALARY RANGE:          180,000 THB Up to experience

BENEFIT:                      Fix bonus, Car allowance, Group insurance, Provident fund and etc.

Responsibility: 

  • Implement the Global Product Group Service strategy in the country and ensure service business development, including Profit and Loss in domestic and allocated market
  • Participate in APAC Hub Business Unit strategy development in partnership with the Hub Management team and provide input to the Global Product Group strategy
  • Ensure development of performance targets in line with global and Hub targets and ensure achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
  • Evaluate market opportunities and decide appropriate activities in line with the service strategy lead installed base (IB) management, identification and market analyses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and profitable service business growth in the domestic and allocated market
  • Ensure the execution of service projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction
  • Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within the HR policies to make sure that the service organization is properly staffed, skilled and directed

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering, preferably Instrumentation and Control Engineering
  • At least 15 years of experience in Power Generation utilities
  • Strong experience in sales, engineering, operations in Power Generation projects
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English communication, comprehension and writing
