POSITION: Maintenance Manager (Based at Bangpoo, Samutprakarn)
LOCATION: Bangpoo, Samutprakarn
JOB TYPE: Permanent
BENEFIT: Group insurance, Fix Bonus, variable bonus and etc.
SALARY RANGE: 45K - 75K
Responsibilities:
- Plans mainteance programmes as corporate quidelines and maintains best practice
- Sets and improves maintenance standards and procedures
- Assesses resources requirements including critical spare parts and prepare maintenance budgets
- Draws up a mainteance schedule and plans purchasing activities
- Supervises preventive maintenace inspections and maintains records of the plant facilities
- Contacts and controls service providers and contractors working in the site
- Purchases components used in the repair or preventive maintenance of plant facilities
- Analyses root cause of machine failures and take corrective actions to prevent its recurrence
- Coaches, supervises and motivates maintenance staffs
- Reviews performance of direct reports
- Identifies training needs
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, workplace safety programs, ESHA guidelines, and RC
- Seeks new technologies and opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing
- Ensures the effectiveness of maintenance processes are continually improved
- Maintains good housekeeping in general site service areas
- Leadership experience: developing and executing maintenance strategies, managing people
- Comprehension of Company SHE guidelines, engineering standards, local regulations
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes
- Ability to lead and support cross-funcitonal process improvement teams
- Flent in local language and English
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of Engineering experience or equivalent
- Leadership experience: develop and execute maintenance strategies, manage people
- Knowledge of local guidelines, engineering standards & regulations
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes – chemical production
- Ability to lead and support cross functional process
- Good command of local language and English
