POSITION: Distribution center manager (ผู้จัดการศูนย์กระจายสินค้า)

Salary Range: 80,000 -100,000 THB (Up to experience)
Responsibilities
- Establish and operate the operation platform of the city’s distribution center. Based on the planning and requirements of the headquarters, and establish and implement effective operational procedures and service standards in accordance with local specific conditions, and achieve the company's required business indicators.
- Guide and supervise the implementation of all aspects of the allocation, identify and improve the quality and deviation of the operation, and improve the quality of operation.
- Strengthen the training of employees' various operational skills and cultivate their independent operation ability; use the incentive mechanism to enhance the team's cohesiveness and spirit of collaboration, improve employee enthusiasm, improve per capital performance, and reduce labor costs.
- Complete the assignment of other tasks by the person in charge of the branch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics management is a priority
- Experience to manage sorting/distribution center in warehouse or logistics
- Minimum 3-5 years related industry experience
- Good communication skill, fluent both Thai and English are a must
- Can be communicate in Chinese language is highly preferred

- With a strong promotion of execution, strong resistance to pressure, adapt to travel
- Strong internal and external relationship coordination and communication skills and ability to handle unexpected problems.
