Claim Assessor and Nurse Claim Assessor

We are urgently looking for Claims Assessor; we have around 10 vacancies at the moment & Nurse Claims Assessor 2 vacancies (with direct claims handling experience) as detailed below:

LOCATION:                 Bangkok

JOB TYPE:                   Permanent
SALARY RANGE:         up to experience
BENEFIT:                     Group insurance, Medical Checkup, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Responsibilities:
Claims Assessor

  • Process and record the medical expenses under benefit claims
  • Verify Claim and Approve Claims
  • Ensure well filing documentation and agents’ work under the aspect of existing workflows, effectiveness and service level agreement
  • Check and prepare the correctness of information, required documentation given to customer
  • Check and validate to confirm of document receiving
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned 

Nurse Claims Assessor

  • Verify Claim
  • Sending email and fax to confirm of document receiving.
  • Organize and manage documents.
  • Prepare monthly reports and check that all data are correct before submit to customer.
  • Professionally handle phone calls that receiving from Customers and our Providers.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as required.

Qualification:

  • Thai nationality only
  • Age between 23 - 40 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing or related field
  • 1 year work experience in Health Insurance and PA.
  • Required strong computer skills especially Word and Excel, Reporting
  • Able to work under pressure, be energetic, initiative, good attitude, analytical thinking in problem solving
  • Good Teamwork and Interpersonal Skill, able to work independently and ensure quality service standard provided
  • Able to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Work Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 40 hrs. per week during 7.00 – 16.00 and 11.00 -20.00
  • Working Days : on shift everyday (5 days a week)
