Position: Data Management Specialist (Contract 2 Years)
Location: Saraburi
Job Type: Contract
Working day: Mon – Fri
Salary Range: 40,000 – 50,000 THB (Up to experience)

Report To: Sr. Procurement Manager
Responsibility:
- Responsible for materials master data (Item and Services) conversion activities and maintain the governances process which align with CSSP and Business Unit approach.
- Responsible for making Key Performance Index (KPI) and Savings Benefit Summary (SBS) report for Thailand and APAC, and able to do the analysis of result itself and provide data to team for continuous improvement.
- Provide the procurement support and procurement records. (Spend analysis, Confirmation of Goods and Services delivery, provide communication/feedback to internal stakeholder).
- Manage and Keep for improvement of Supplier Relationship Management.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above in Statistics, Marketing, Business, Enginnering or related field
- 2+ years experience in data management or Sourcing
- Experience working with ERP system including Maximo/SAP/NIS/Oracle etc. is a must
- Experience working with JDE system or SAP is a plus
- Good command in spoken and listening English
Skill
- Very strong sense of data base and figures
- Very Strong analytical skills
- Very good command in MS office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
