POSITION: Vendor Management Specialist - (Sourcing Department)
LOCATION: Saraburi, Thailand
Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 70,000 THB (Up to experience)
Benefit: Yearly bonus, Provident fund, Five days’ work
Responsibilities
- Governancing mechanism to manage vendors on a day-on-day basis over full relationship life-cycle
- Supporting the Sourcing & Procurement organization in 3 area’s (Vendor Information Management, Risk & Compliance and Vendor Performance Management)
- Actively contribute to build and effective roll out of Sourcing & Procurement in APAC
- Mainly contribute to vendor on-boarding process
- Driving harmonized and consistent vendor master data
- Providing trainings to vendors
- Deploying and executing services to monitor supplier complaints and risks
- Contributing vendor performance management mechanism set up
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2+ years of experience in same or similar role in procurement function
- Basic understanding of procurement procedure, bidding process and vendor management
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and strong analytical skills
- Good communication skill in cross BUs work environment
- Intermediate or Advanced skill in English (Writing and Speaking)
- Open to travel up to 20% of the time.
