Responsibilities
- They will be trained for Plant management in the future.
- Responsible for leading, controlling, and coordinating with others for plant production and others activity like a Plant Manager.
- Trained according to the plant management trainee program in the web. Including additional program such as ISO 9001, GMP&HACCP and world-class management model , Cargill plant operation standard and jobs description of plant manager
- Trained in LRT, ingredient, formula and QC also special job assignment.
- Trained how to do the plant audit and other document work.
Qualifications
- Male or Female; Thai nationality
- Bachelors in engineer Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Agriculture
- Experience in operation factory around 2-3 years.
- Good command of English and Thai
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP/HACCP Supply chain management, Six sigma, Kaizen, Waste analysis and reduction, Continuous improvement Etc.
- Able to re-locate to each location when need Chachoengsao, Nakhon Ratchasima or Phitsanulok.
- Able to work Mon - Sat in the first year.
