POSITION:     Manufacturing Director (OEM Cosmetic industry)

JOB TYPE:     Permanent

LOCATION:     Pharam 2

SALARY RANGE:     250,000 THB (Up to experience)

BENEFIT:     Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Group Insurance (OPD, IPD), Bonus yearly up to company performance

Job Description:

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
• Provide strategic advice to owner so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
• Set strategies and provide plant facility and operations to achieve company goals.
• Drive high performance culture with solid plan to achieve world-class standards.
• Manage annual budget and control department to reach KPI target.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or related fields.
• Age at least 40 years old.                      
• At least 10 years’ experience in plant management or higher.                               
• At least 5 years’ experience in Cosmetics, Food or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.              
• Good communicate in speaking and writing in English.                              
• Knowledge in ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP will be prior consideration.
