GM Account Receivable Management

We are currently looking for General Manager Account Receivable Management position. This position will share accountability in managing all loops of account receivable activities from beginning to end which under finance director currently.  

POSITION:     GM Account Receivable Management
LOCATION:     Bangkok
JOB TYPE:     Permanent
WORKDAY:     Monday – Friday
BENEFIT:     Group insurance, bonus, provident fund, social security fund and etc.
REPORT TO:     Finance Director

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong leadership to manage AR activity to ensure accuracy invoicing, shorten collection and manage long term outstanding debt
• To point any improvement area (Process / System / people) that related to AR activity
• Develop countermeasure
• To ensure productivity improvement in all AR Activities
• Assess what is the right size for AR team to execute operations with more efficiency and effectiveness but lesser resource
• Stand on AR’ principle

Qualification:

• Bachelor or higher in accounting, finance or related fields
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in large scale AR Management from sales organization  Prefer age around 40 years’ old
• Influencing and negotiation across function is a must
• Strong people management and development
• Computer Literacy / Proficiency in English
